The Wellness Boothe
Logan Boothe, Licensed Massage Therapist

It truly is a passion—more than five years in, and I find myself loving this work more (almost) every day. The word “massage” often feels limiting, as it doesn’t fully capture the depth of the therapeutic work I offer. At the same time, “bodywork” can make the human body seem like a machine that can simply be fixed. When I find a better name for what I do, I’ll let you know. For now, my approach blends structurally informed bodywork with nervous system–oriented techniques, drawing from a range of modalities including Rolfing, Thai massage, trigger point therapy, and somatic practices.

When we work together, we’ll explore patterns of tension in the body with both precision and care, while also addressing the underlying bracing patterns that have developed over time—patterns that are deeply rooted in the nervous system. My goal isn’t just to provide temporary relief, but to support meaningful, lasting change in both body and mind. Through deep, intentional work in the tissues—paired with breath, mindfulness, and awareness—we’ll begin to unwind the root of your pain. Every session is highly personalized, and often includes simple, practical exercises to support your progress between sessions.
I’ll keep it short here, but if you’re in pain, I invite you to give this work a chance—I’m here to help.
